Shannon, a native Houstonian, is a purposeful marketing strategist with a deep-seated belief in the power of a well-crafted and intentional marketing strategy. Formerly known for her extensive experience in social media and organic brand growth, she has now earned a reputation for guiding businesses toward their sales goals.

Kicking off her career, Shannon immersed herself in restaurant and event marketing, collaborating with renowned brands like Chick-fil-A and Salata across diverse markets nationwide. Her flair for managing sponsorships with prominent entities such as Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, the Houston Astros, and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo showcased her ability to craft effective tactics for brand exposure.

In 2016, Shannon ventured into the world of B2B marketing, broadening her scope and honing her skills. During her time at Nova Medical Centers, she engineered monumental marketing programs that fueled the company's growth, elevating it to new heights in both size and revenue.

Today, as an integral member of BlueByrd's management team, Shannon applies her strategic expertise as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer across various industries, such as technology, manufacturing, industrial, and oil & gas. Her unique ability to combine strategy and tactical execution enables businesses to thrive and achieve their most ambitious objectives.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Shannon proudly serves as the President of the Houston Business Marketing Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and supporting Houston-area marketers.

When not immersed in the world of marketing, Shannon finds solace in her most rewarding role as a devoted mother to her two boys, Ford and Noah. Family time holds a special place in her heart, and she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones.
