We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing agency and play a critical role in executing high-performing demand generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong proficiency in paid media, LinkedIn advertising, retargeting, and landing page optimization across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (Twitter), YouTube, and programmatic display networks.
- Execute retargeting and remarketing strategies across multiple channels to nurture leads and increase conversions.
- Optimize campaign structure, audience segmentation, and bid strategies for maximum ROI.
Multi-Platform Advertising & Retargeting:
- Implement and manage advertising strategies across LinkedIn, Google Display Network, Meta, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging paid media platforms to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor and adjust retargeting campaigns to engage high-intent users across platforms.
- Analyze audience data to refine segmentation, personalization, and ad placements.
Landing Page Optimization & Conversion Tracking:
- Work with the content and development teams to optimize landing pages for paid media campaigns, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Implement and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate attribution.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, CTAs, and landing pages to improve performance.
Performance Analytics & Campaign Optimization:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, and third-party tracking tools.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for improving campaign performance and lead quality.
- Report on campaign effectiveness, budget pacing, and ROI to internal teams and clients.
Collaboration & Industry Best Practices:
- Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align paid media campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and digital marketing trends to ensure campaigns remain effective.
- Train and support team members on best practices for paid media and audience targeting.
SEO Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.
Organic Social Media Management:
- Oversee the management of organic social media accounts for select clients, including content planning, content calendar creation, and daily engagement.
- Draft, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster community growth and brand engagement.
- Implement follower growth strategies and track performance to refine organic social approaches.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align organic content with broader campaign goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (or 3-5 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid digital advertising, demand generation, and lead nurturing.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting strategies.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bid strategies, and paid media KPIs.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and A/B testing.
- Proficient in landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and CRO best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and present campaign performance insights.
