I had forgotten all the incredible insights in this book. I highly recommend it to anyone who is leading a team of any size. The other book that I really enjoyed is The Book of Joy by the Dalai Lama, Desmond Tutu, and Douglas Carlton Abrams. It brought me a lot of spiritual joy in a challenging year. Joy is central to Christmas, so what better time to give it a read?
