Cindi is a connector at heart—of people, ideas, and strategies that move businesses forward. As SVP of Business Development at BlueByrd, she leads revenue growth strategy with a focus on helping clients build sustainable pipelines, strengthen sales and marketing alignment, and scale with precision.
Throughout her career, Cindi has built and led sales organizations, opened new markets, and driven strategic expansion for staffing firms, creative studios, and high-growth consultancies. She’s known for her ability to connect the dots between complex business needs and creative solutions—often becoming a long-term partner to the CMOs and CROs she supports.
Before joining BlueByrd, Cindi held executive roles in staffing and consulting, where she helped enterprise clients strengthen both their brand presence and internal teams. Her early career in corporate and agency marketing gave her a rare fluency in both brand and business strategy.
She has partnered with leaders at companies including Neste, Sunnova, CenterPoint Energy, NRG/Reliant, Oxy, Weatherford, Baker Hughes, Shell, Phillips 66, ConocoPhillips, HP, Calpine, Hitachi Digital Services, Capgemini, and Accenture.
Outside of work, Cindi serves on several nonprofit and advisory boards that support marketers, business developers, and people in recovery. Her clients often describe her as the person they call when something just has to get done—thoughtfully, creatively, and right the first time.
