As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of marketing campaigns across diverse platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with clients, guiding creative teams, and ensuring projects are completed within stipulated timelines, budgets, and scopes. This customer-oriented position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to lead and mentor other marketing specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of marketing projects, directly interfacing with clients, vendors, and partners when necessary.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Track and report on project progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Solve problems and troubleshoot issues for client success
  • Generate reports, highlighting campaign performance and progress
  • Provide support for various marketing tasks including social media, email marketing or otherwise to support client campaigns as required
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments in search, display, and social media

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent (or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • 3-5  years of experience in project management or similar, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • An unyielding curiosity about marketing and its evolving landscape.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Proficiency in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot, Sprout Social, LinkedIn Advertising, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Prior experience at a marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing social media campaigns.
  • Experience in reporting and interpreting analytics on campaigns.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging and informative presentations.
